The breakfast served was satisfactory with a daily variation. Super-friendly and very pleasant staff, gave a lot of information. The location was marvellous - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Zones y & Z bus stop...

It had great location, just off the airport and national game park and the Chobe. The beds were big, I slept well.

The friendly and helpful staff here offer comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The room was impeccably clean and gorgeous, all thanks to the attentive staff, and the location was perfect, close to Chobe, the airport, and right in the heart of the city.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a good area, just off the airport and national game park, the Chobe and Kasane. the venue's staff was affable and attentive. the morning meal was good with a daily variation.

We had a wonderful time at this place with my kids! 😊.

The location was marvelous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza del Duomo. It was also so close to the airport and national game park, Kasane and the Chobe. .

Reasonably priced, good room and bed, pleasant staff, small bar and good pool, free airport pick-up and drop-off.

The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Plus, the hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to all the main attractions.

The bathrooms were a little dated, reminding us of the 70s. Another downside was the waiting times for food which were quite long from the moment we placed our order to when it was served.

Our room was impeccable, with spotless clean sheets and towels, and the bathroom was well-stocked and tidy. the breakfast was exceptional, with lots of variety and always served hot.

We noticed a slight delay in food service during peak times.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the super clean clean rooms, really good breakfast with lots to choose from, awesome staff and perfect location in the outdoor eating area.

Spent the perfect Xmas holiday in a wonderful peaceful hotel. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide range of hot and fresh choices. the staff was always very friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with a stunning view from the room and easy access to the nearby attractions. We also loved the modern facilities and spotless clean rooms, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The waiting time from order to food delivery was quite long, but the delicious meals proved to be worth the wait. the bathrooms are a bit outdated, but still functional.
